Here is the recipes I’ve made so far from this cookbook and they all are amazing delicious recipes! This book is more then what I had expected! Brittnay went over the top for this book! I have her first cookbook to if you don’t have that I recommend getting both of these cookbooks! ❤️❤️ Congratulations Brittnay!
If you’re looking for a diet manual with recipes that are mostly gluten and dairy free, you won’t be disappointed. I was hoping more for a collection of lighter fare dishes without so many substitutions. Easy enough to get around, I guess. I don’t mind giving nutritional yeast a try or gluten free pasta, but the general population doesn’t need to incorporate those changes. They would have been better written as an option. The recipes (not all Instant Pot) look appetizing for the most part. I’ll certainly give them a try, but this one won’t be my go-to book.
